Looking for a person to lead the e-commerce strategy in the EMEA region, ensuring the execution, optimization and growth of the digital channel in multiple markets. The role combines strategic vision, operational management and performance analysis to drive online business growth.
Responsibilities:
Define and lead the e-commerce strategy for the EMEA region aligned with global commercial objectives.
Coordinate the deployment of e-commerce platforms and channel activation in multiple markets.
Monitor and optimize channel performance by analyzing key metrics such as CPA, CLTV, and conversion rates.
Drive channel revenue growth through promotions, conversion optimization and retention strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce service costs.
Manage the operation of e-commerce platforms ensuring a customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing, IT and business teams at a regional and global level.
Manage relationships with third parties such as marketplaces, logistics providers and strategic partners.
Requirements:
University degree and between 8 and 12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or online business management.
Demonstrated experience in online sales growth through conversion, promotion and retention strategies.
Experience working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of marketing performance metrics (CPA, CLTV, conversion).
Experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as CommerceTools or similar ones.
Strategic capacity and experience in managing complex projects.
Previous experience managing own or corporate e-commerce businesses (valued).
Experience in regulated sectors such as healthcare or medical technology (valued).
