We are looking for a profile responsible for defining the artificial intelligence and analytics strategy applied to Workday product solutions. The selected individual will lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on predictive analytics for workforce planning. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients and provide mentoring to the team.
Responsibilities:
Define the artificial intelligence and analytics strategy for Workday product offerings.
Lead the design and delivery of advanced AI and machine learning solutions.
Focus on the development of predictive analytics applied to personnel planning.
Collaborate with clients and guide the team in technical and methodological development.
Requirements:
Experience in applying advanced statistical techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence principles.
Proficiency in programming with Python.
Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production-level AI and machine learning solutions.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Data engineering competency.
Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Ability to create interactive dashboards and analytical visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Plotly, Dash or D3.js.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor data science teams.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
