Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our remote work team.
The position is aimed at a professional with experience in the development, planning and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on boosting brand visibility, generating commercial opportunities and accompanying business growth.

Main responsibilities:
-Design, plan and execute digital marketing and communication strategies.
-Manage campaigns on different digital channels, including social networks, email marketing, digital advertising and other relevant media.
-Coordinate the creation of attractive content, aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
-Analyze metrics, campaign results and market trends to optimize future actions.
-Propose continuous improvements in the communication, recruitment and positioning strategy.
-Work together with other teams to ensure consistency in the message, brand image and customer experience.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, respecting defined times, priorities and objectives.

Requirements:
-Professional graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commercialization, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related careers.
-Minimum 3 years experience in marketing positions, preferably with a focus on digital marketing.
-Knowledge of marketing analysis and management tools, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEMrush, email marketing platforms and social networks.
-Analytical ability to interpret data, measure results and make decisions based on metrics.
-Creative, proactive, organized and results-oriented profile.
-Good written communication and ability to generate clear, attractive and brand-aligned content.
-Autonomy, responsibility and excellent time management to work remotely.
