We are looking for a person to assume the technical coordination of a development team, with the ability to organize work, make decisions and ensure that solutions are delivered correctly. The position involves participation in technological evolution and team development, maintaining a motivating work environment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate a technical team, defining a clear vision and resolving technical disagreements.
Supervise daily work, assign tasks and set deadlines and objectives.
Stay up to date on web technologies, software architecture and design patterns, driving improvements.
Apply appropriate engineering practices, including automation in development and testing.
Understand the current state of development and propose improvements with a focus on software quality.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team and other technical stakeholders to define and improve the architecture.
Promote a productive work environment, participating in team training, performance monitoring and recognition of work performed.
Collaborate with the team of people in selection, incorporation and retention processes.
Requirements:
Experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead, with a focus on support and development of technical profiles.
More than 5 years of experience in web development.
Experience with technologies such as Go and Node.js.
Knowledge of integration and delivery, automated testing and systems monitoring.
Experience in event-based architectures and microservices.
High level of English, both spoken and written.
Organization and time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable attitude oriented towards problem solving and decision making.
Focus on code quality and development practices.
Ability to generate relationships of trust and motivate the team.

Salary to receive
€50,000 - €79,000 / year
