Occasional after-hours support may be required.\nSalary: $4.000.000 COP - $4.500.000 COP\n\nRole Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Revit Designer to join our design and engineering team. This individual will work closely with our clients to create detailed building designs, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, possess strong technical drafting skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English.\n\nResponsibilities:\nAccepts tasks, projects, and appointments to the Engineering team in CRM. This is mostly handled during the daily 7:30 am and 3:00 pm daily Engineering meetings.\nCommunicates status and drawing updates with the Engineering Manager and team.\nGenerates high quality initial drawings for customer sign off based on information provided by the customer call with Sales staff.\nProvides updates and confirmation of completed work in CRM.\nMaintains a working calendar in MS Teams for scheduled appointments and work.\nConsults with the Engineering Manager on preliminary complex drawings, structural design, and technical issues.\nUpdates and finalizes sign off drawings created in AutoCAD that meet established production drawing criteria.\nCreates and modifies drawings and blocks for special designs for extraction data.\nLocate special parts back up documentation to provide purchasing / Estimating for special designs.\nCommunicates any special requirements to the team that will require special product design is a good fit.\nCommunicates any discrepancies found in the sales order or drawings to the responsible Design Manager to prevent repeat errors.\nEnsures accurate REVIT data extraction to review and provide estimating.\nPromotes a positive, team-oriented work environment that aligns with the companys culture.\n\nQualifications:\nCompletion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field.\nAn Associate degree is preferred.\n4+ years of previous work experience in CAD/Engineering environment.\nExcellent organization, problem-solving and effective communication skills.\nJob requires a professional, courteous, and customer focused demeanor and attitude.\nJob requires the management of multiple projects and the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.\nMust be proficient using AutoCAD with the willingness and capability to learn new applications as required.\n\nWork Setup Requirements:\nTo perform this role effectively, you must have:\nA quiet home office space to work optimally.\nA stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).\nA laptop/desktop with updated software.\nA secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.",
