SHAD USA and RICHA USA ARE National USA Distributor of world renowned SHAD brand of motorcycle luggage and clothing, headquartered in Miami, Florida. We pride ourselves in providing top quality luggage products and apparel to motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide however with main focus attending and developing the US Market.



We are seeking an energetic, confident and proactive Sales & Customer Service Representative with a focus on delivering a consistently high level of customer service to our valued customers while effectively promoting and selling our portfolio of luggage products.

This role requires engaging with customers on a daily basis by responding to incoming calls, emails and chat conversations, offering assistance with product questions, order details / updates and potential upselling and cross-selling efforts.



While initially this role is more focused on Customer Service applying sales skills will enable strong growth opportunities within our team.



We are looking for a responsible and organized individual, willing to make a strong effort to learn our product line, enabling you to proactively engage with our customers in a positive and energetic manner.



While previous experience in sales and customer service is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Engaging and interacting with people via telephone, chat and email are critically important for your success.



This position allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, we are not a call center or BPO organization. You will be employed directly by SHAD USA located in Miami Florida, operating remotely from your location of residence.



Requirements:



Fluent in English (B2/B2+) - both speaking and writing

Responsible and self-motivated

Customer service experience (not mandatory)

Sales experience (not mandatory)

Positive attitude towards work

Reliable internet connection

No background noise during working hours

Own computer

The starting salary for this position is $550 USD for the first 3 months. During the first month, you will undergo training, after which your abilities will be applied and reviewed with team support in real-world scenarios. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, you will receive a base salary of $700 per month. Future opportunity to earn sales commissions can double or triple your base monthly salary.
