Job Description

As a Senior Producer at CaptureAge, you will be hands-on in creating new content for the Age of Empires franchise. You will work with the team to plan and execute realistic, up-to-date production schedules, and act as the key person aligning team members on upcoming deliverables and changes. You will manage stakeholder expectations across internal and external teams to deliver the high-quality content CaptureAge is known for.
This role starts as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on evolving project needs

Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning and act as the primary point of contact for production challenges
- Own sprint planning and regularly validate our work against targets
- Ensure production tasks are tracked and kept up to date at all times
- Escalate and mitigate project risks
- Collaborate closely with Art, Design, Engineering, QA, and external vendors to hit production targets
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across the project and team
- Coordinate playtest planning and drive for excellence

Qualifications
- A proven track record of shipped titles as a Producer in game development, with demonstrated success leading projects to completion
- Experience shipping AAA titles, with the ability to manage large-scale projects
- Ability to communicate effectively and regularly with developers, artists, and key stakeholders within the company and partner teams
- Experience with production management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ADO, or similar

Skills
- Experienced leading teams in remote environments
- Deep knowledge of PC and console game development
- Very strong communication skills, fluent in English
- Highly motivated to improve effectiveness and coordination within the team
- High attention to detail
