Get into the details of problems and perform problem analysis, driving root cause identification and resolution.
Manage change by understanding impacts to stakeholders, influencing testing approach and schedules, and developing mitigation plans to minimize business disruption.

Strong knowledge and practical experience in software development and QA lifecycle including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking and reporting.
Experience testing embedded enterprise systems, including third-party vendors and SaaS platforms.
Working knowledge of financial services or insurance domains (e.g. finance, product management, customer solutions) preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive into complex problems and drive resolution.
Experience with testing and project management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Scale or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence between technical and business stakeholders in a matrix environment.
