Youll work with modern technologies, own your work from design through release, and help shape our future architecture.\nThis role is ideal for engineers who thrive in environments that value autonomy, continuous improvement, and strong engineering fundamentals.\n**This role can be carried out remotely, but requires the selected candidate to be physically located within the country of Mexico.\nWhat Youll Do\nDesign & Architecture: Drive technical design for features and systems; document and present solutions.\nBuild Great Software: Develop high-quality services, UIs, and data components using modern engineering practices.\nAI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and exploration of technical solutions; apply an AI-augmented engineering mindset to improve both speed and quality.\nQuality & Testing: Ensure reliability with automated tests and strong acceptance criteria discipline.\nOperational Ownership: Add observability, monitor health, and use data to improve system performance.\nCI/CD & Release: Contribute to fast, reliable build and deployment processes.\nIncident Response: Participate in oncall rotations and help improve system stability over time.\nTechnical Leadership: Mentor engineers, promote strong engineering habits, and influence team-wide technical decisions.\n\nWhat You Bring\n7+ years of relevant software engineering experience building production systems\nStrong skills in backend, or fullstack development in .NET frameworks\nExpertise in GitHub, AWS/Azure/GCP, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD tooling\nExperience designing solutions and leading engineering workstreams\nSolid understanding and practitioner of cloudnative development, automated testing, and observability\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nA mindset of ownership, continuous learning, and raising the engineering bar\nDemonstrate our core values of Think Big, Go Fast, Deliver Awe, Win Together and Care Deeply\n\nWhy Join Us\nMeaningful ownership of the systems you build\nA culture that values craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and operational excellence\nOpportunities to mentor and shape engineering practices\nModern tooling, supportive teammates, and a product with real impact",
