This will be a hybrid position with the expectation that you will work in our San Francisco office 2 days per week.
We are seeking a mission-driven provider to help us identify and engage candidates for our corporate functions including engineering, product, design, and data science. In this role, you will play a key role in helping us build the best team possible, which is key to our growth and success as a business.
This is what you will do day by day:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive and innovative hiring/hiring strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
Strategize different ways to reach external talent, keeping high-touch experiences in mind.
Proficient in advanced sourcing, including Linkedin, social media, Internet and database mining, developing relationships with professional organizations to identify and recruit a diverse list of candidates for all positions.
Represent our company as the first-line point of contact for candidates expressing interest in joining our team.
Track pipeline activity and keep our recruiting funnel filled with exceptional candidates.
Collaborate with hiring teams to manage phone screens and coordinate logistics for on-site interviews, maximizing the candidate experience and paying extreme attention to detail.
Identify and develop diverse talent pools for future hiring needs.
Be able to impact the business and industry through the creation and development of initiatives.
This is what we are looking for:
More than 8 years of experience in technical supply
Organized and detail-oriented; Maintains accurate documentation of your work and effectively reports to both colleagues and managers.
Clear and concise communicator
Ability to qualify a position and plan a strategic hiring plan.
Strong knowledge of the technology job landscape.
Proficient with Google Apps, especially Gmail and Google Calendar.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience with an ATS is helpful (bonus points for Greenhouse!)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment: Enjoy taking on challenges to make the business successful.

Pay Range:
$65 - $75 per hour
