This is a full-time remote position, with a Sourcing Specialist residing in the Chicago area. While the position will work from home most of the time, you will be required to join us in Chicago for initial training and quarterly team meetings. The Sourcing Specialist's responsibilities include identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, organizing and sending email recruiting campaigns, scheduling and funneling potential candidates for additional reviews and interviews. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position offering a salary of $62,000 with benefits including immediate medical/dental/vision insurance plans, 15 vacation days, 7 paid holidays, free life insurance, plus sick pay, 401(k) with company match after 6 months, and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (The following are typical responsibilities and not an exhaustive list of all duties; other duties may be assigned as needed):
Support the recruiting team by utilizing various sourcing techniques to place qualified candidates faster.
Participate in building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Use social media to find and connect with potential candidates.
Manage and organize recruiting documents to ensure the team has easy access to all necessary information and resources.
Interact with professionals through various platforms.
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters to identify the requirements of each position.
Send recruiting emails, follow up with candidates, and ask for referrals.
Contact previous applicants for new job opportunities.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Record candidate information in internal systems and databases.
Measure and report on recruiting metrics such as hiring source and tenure.
Education and Experience Requirements (education, licenses and certifications):
A bachelor's degree in a relevant clinical or business field or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years of administrative experience.
At least 2 years of experience interacting with medical providers in a clinical setting such as a medical office or facility, hospital in a clinical or administrative capacity.
Job requirements (skills, abilities, competencies):
Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite: Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly knowledge of writing business emails).
Proficient time management skills with the ability to handle multiple vacant positions simultaneously.
Proficient organizational skills to handle administrative tasks and be punctual in meeting deadlines and communicating with various stakeholders in advance.
Proficient analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media, career sites, and resume databases.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
