JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the comprehensive supervision of interior construction projects, guaranteeing quality, time and budget in works of high technical complexity and finishes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Supervise and coordinate contractor activities in accordance with the execution schedule • Direct comprehensive supervision of the project from start to delivery • Evaluate and validate estimates presented by contractors • Maintain rigorous control of the work log and monitoring of scheduled progress

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in interior construction supervision • Solid skills in cost preparation and review • Technical knowledge in specialized systems: electrical, HVAC, voice and data, hydrosanitary • Full schedule flexibility to work day and night shifts according to project demands
