Title: Technical Consultant\nLanguage: English and Spanish required\nLocation: Remote\nOverview\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with strong Product Implementation experience in the FinTech, Banking, Lending, Leasing, Payments, or Financial Services domain. The role involves delivering software implementations, leading client workshops, configuring solutions, and supporting technical integrations.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead product implementation and configuration activities.\nGather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.\nDesign and support integrations using APIs, XML, web services, and related technologies.\nSupport data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.\nWork closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nProvide solution recommendations and best-practice guidance.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMandatory: Product Implementation / Professional Services consulting experience.\nExperience implementing FinTech, Banking, Lending, Leasing, Payments, Core Banking, Loan Management, or Financial Services software products.\nStrong technical background with experience in:\nSQL and data modeling\nETL and data migration\nAPIs, XML, web services, and interface development\nSystem configuration and solution design\nStrong understanding of financial services business processes and operations.\nExcellent client-facing, consulting, and communication skills.\nFluent Spanish and good English communication skills.\n\nPreferred\nExposure to Asset Finance, Leasing, Lending, or Banking platforms.\nExperience leading implementation workstreams or consulting engagements.\nExposure to cloud environments, microservices, or solution architecture.\n\nNote: Candidates without hands-on Product Implementation experience will not be considered.",
