Job Description
We are looking for a software Tech Lead to assume technical responsibility for a product area, defining the architecture, guiding technical decisions and ensuring the quality of development in collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assume technical responsibility for the assigned area.
Define technical objectives and make architectural decisions.
Analyze the market and monitor relevant technologies.
Collaborate with product and other stakeholders.
Be responsible for the technical vision in discovery and delivery.
Ensure high standards of code and testing quality.
Maintain good engineering practices in the team.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to developers.
Requirements:
Experience in developing complex software systems.
Previous experience in technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer or Staff Engineer).
Understanding of software architecture and system design.
Experience working with product teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Java and Spring Boot, as well as TypeScript and Angular.
Experience working with APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
Code quality standards and test coverage.
Knowledge of systems in production, reliability and maintainability.
Interest in new technologies and potential of AI.
