Position Summary
Manage an established territory with an existing customer base, without the need for prospecting. Reporting directly to the Quebec Regional Director, you visit pharmacies of various brands, as well as medical clinics and diabetes education centers. Meets with pharmacists, laboratory technicians, nursing educators, and other healthcare professionals to promote OneTouch® products, conduct follow-ups, take orders, and conduct training sessions. Travel accounts for approximately 20% of work time. Ideally, candidates should reside on the north shore of Montreal.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to drive sales within a loyal customer base. Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals and follow up regularly, both in person and by phone. Processing pharmacy orders, negotiating and developing lasting relationships with on-site teams are at the core of your role and are essential levers for achieving strong sales results. You deliver OneTouch® product training sessions at pharmacies and clinics, manage your territory's budget, coordinate promotional events, and ensure rigorous activity updates in Salesforce.
Key Experience Requirements
He is completely fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and has functional English; both are mandatory. You have experience in sales and business development, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, or in a results-oriented business environment. You are comfortable giving product presentations to small groups of professionals and know how to negotiate and close deals effectively. Autonomous, organized and results-oriented, you are fluent in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (an asset). A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. Experience in health sciences, business administration, or a sales-related field is considered an advantage. Ideally, candidates should reside on the north shore of Montreal.
