UI Designer — Worship & Christian Events App (Full-Time)

Modality: Full time

RUSHINGWIND is a mobile and web platform designed for Christian communities and worship movements. It integrates event management, ticket gateway, devotionals, digital Bible and tools for each ministry or movement. We have the business architecture and defined UX flows. We are looking for a high-production UI Designer to give visual life to this platform with aesthetic sensitivity, spiritual identity and speed supported by AI.
Your specific role
•\ Translate already defined UX flows into wireframes and UI screens with a minimum cadence of 20 deliverables per day
•\ Design interfaces for modules such as: worship events, ticket gateway, devotionals, digital Bible and movement management
•\ Use Pencil.dev as the main AI-assisted generation tool
•\ Refine and polish results in Figma, respecting the design system and visual identity of RUSHINGWIND
•\ Lean on Claude to generate visual variants, validate consistency, and accelerate component decisions
•\ Apply organic corrections based on team feedback without breaking the production rhythm
•\ Keep the component library in Figma organized and documented
What we need from you
•\ Solid Figma domain (auto-layout, components, variables, prototyping)
•\ Real and tested use of Pencil.dev and Claude in design flows
•\ High production capacity under clear direction — the “what” is already defined, you solve the “what it looks like”
•\ Sensitivity to design interfaces with purpose, warmth and spiritual character without falling into religious clichés
•\ Attention to detail: typography, spacing, hierarchy, visual consistency
•\ Speed without neglecting quality
Desirable
•\ Experience in community apps, events or spiritual/lifestyle content
•\ Familiarity with event ticketing or streaming platforms
•\ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for clean delivery to the development team
•\ Affinity with contemporary Christian culture and worship movements
