Job Description

We are looking for a commercial profile to join Caramés Co, a brand of different editions of high-end gift boxes.

We are a 100% online store and we are looking for someone eager to grow to open wholesale channels, develop retail sales and generate alliances and profits both in the short and long term. We are looking for an external business partner to grow with the brand.

Objectives:

•\ Identify and contact event organizers and Wedding Planners to integrate our gift boxes into their proposals (weddings, 15th birthdays, corporate events, all types of events).
•\ Open corporate accounts for the wholesale sale of business gifts (special dates, end of the year, gifts for employees or exclusive clients).
•\ Capture and manage retail sales (end consumer) for individual clients looking for premium gifts for anniversaries, special dates or personal celebrations. They can be clients you already have, acquaintances, neighbors, family members; Whoever you consider ideal to make the first sales and obtain a quick initial profit with our brand.
•\ Carry out complete contact tracking from the first call or message until the closing of the sale.

Our offer:
•\ Commissions of 10% to 12% (depending on order volume) on the value of profits generated by each closing. With any order, whether wholesale or retail, there will be this level of commission.
•\ 100% remote work. You manage your own schedules, we care about results.

Requirements:
•\ Exclusive: Be a Monotributista to be able to issue an invoice for commissions on sales made.
•\ Proven experience in sales, preferably contacting companies, events, weddings or direct sales of high-end products.
•\ Ability to self-manage and willingness to report progress.
