We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented salesperson who will greatly contribute to the growth of our company. The person who manages the assigned territory will travel through the different states of the Mexican Republic to manage existing businesses and, at the same time, develop new potential clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to offer our customers the best options in adhesives that broadly meet their needs.

Your responsibilities
- Create and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Use the company's CRM tool to track, report and manage all sales activities.
- Project sales management: search for opportunities, meet client requirements, manage projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Attend customer meetings, events, trade shows, and trade association meetings to facilitate networking opportunities.

Our needs
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, chemistry or a related field is preferred. At least 5 years of technical sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
