Job Description

Objective:

Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns using advanced data analysis, with the goal of improving customer acquisition, retention and overall performance of marketing strategies. The role contributes to data-driven strategic decision making, maximizing return on investment and efficiency of marketing resources.

Features:
-Design, implement and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns.
-Analyze and segment customers to improve campaign personalization and maximize conversion.
-Evaluate key metrics such as ROI, CAC, LTV and conversion rates, using data analysis tools.
-Develop predictive models and trend analysis to optimize advertising investment and resource allocation.
-Create automated reports and dashboards for campaign monitoring and decision making.
-Coordinate with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
-Run A/B tests to optimize ads, landing pages and recruitment strategies.
-Manage and optimize campaigns on advertising platforms and automation tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or others).
-Evaluate the impact of campaigns on social networks and other digital channels, adjusting strategies according to the results.
-Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies based on user behavior data.
-Participate as a speaker in webinars, lives, conferences and corporate events.
