Vacancy: Educational Sales Advisor – Online School

We are an online school focused on children and adolescents who need a flexible, humane and high-level education, especially for families with active lifestyles, athletes, artists or who travel frequently.
We do not sell “classes”, we accompany important educational decisions for families.

What will you do in this position?
\ •\ Contact and follow up with interested leads (parents).
\ •\ Provide personalized educational advice, understanding the real needs of each family.
\ •\ Explain our academic model, methodology, validity and support.
\ •\ Resolve common doubts: socialization, schedules, evaluations, official validity, etc.
\ •\ Follow up until registration closes.
\ •\ Correctly record the information in the CRM.
\ •\ Maintain clear, empathetic and professional communication (calls and WhatsApp).

Profile we are looking for
\ •\ Experience in consultative sales (education, services, insurance, real estate or similar).
\ •\ Excellent verbal and written communication.
\ •\ Ability to generate trust, not pressure.
\ •\ Empathy with parents and understanding of their fears and expectations.
\ •\ Organization and discipline for lead tracking.
\ •\ Basic management of digital tools (WhatsApp, CRM, video calls).
\ •\ Desirable: experience in education or caring for parents.
