The person in this position will be responsible for leading the product design from start to finish, from the first conversation with customers to the final version in production, working closely with engineering and actively participating in the construction of the product.
Design is not limited to the interface, but includes defining the product, making decisions, and improving how the team builds and delivers software.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for complete functionalities, from the conversation with clients to their deployment in production.
Write product specifications and collaborate with engineering during development.
Ensure designs are correctly implemented in production.
Maintain and evolve components, patterns, and design systems to accelerate team work.
Drive the way the team delivers product, even in the absence of Product Managers.
Develop tools and processes that allow engineering to make better design decisions autonomously.
Participate directly in the code, in the client's language and in the definition of specifications.
Attend calls with clients to understand real needs.
Evolve the design system and improve the team's execution speed.
Requirements:
More than 8 years of experience in B2B SaaS product design, especially in complex interfaces (tables, filters, permissions, configurations).
Previous experience in small startups (less than 50 people), with high autonomy.
Clearly individual portfolio, where your personal contribution is identified.
Communication in English, both written and oral.
Work speed in Figma, with or without AI tools.
Practical approach to design, considering technical feasibility as part of the process.
Experience working without the formal role of Product Manager.
Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
