Job Description
Services company is looking for an experienced Paid Media specialist to manage and optimize its Ads campaigns on Google, Meta, Linkedin and TikTok.
MODALITY
• Fractional mode (side project): 6 hours per week, 100% remote, flexible schedules.
• This role is for someone who already works in this and wants to add additional income with high autonomy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
• That the campaigns generate measurable business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and optimize campaigns and investment structures with ad copy mostly provided by the creative team.
• Continuously improve CPA, ROAS and conversion
• Identify opportunities in audiences, creatives, funnel and new trends.
• Design and execute experiments to improve performance.
• Constantly propose improvements.
MEASUREMENT
• Configure/maintain the measurement system (GTM, GA4, Pixels, UTMs) to ensure complete traceability from the guideline to the CRM.
• Generate a clear monthly report focused on sales metrics (CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.), omitting vanity metrics. Identifying vanishing points in the customer journey and detecting friction in the user journey (landing / funnel).
PLUS (NOT EXCLUSIVE)
• To reduce interactions with other teams, the ability to create simple pieces (Gifs for non-responsive display) and make minor adjustments to landings is required.
• Use of heatmaps / CRO.
• Experience with attribution.
