Profile Summary
The Medical Tourism Manager (Surrogacy) is responsible for coordinating the operational strategy of international patients seeking assisted reproduction and surrogacy services. Acts as the critical link between Ingenes, surrogates, legal advisors and the intended parents.
Key Responsibilities
Management of the \"Patient Journey\": Design and supervise the complete itinerary, from the first virtual consultation to the return of the new family to their country of origin with the baby.
Legal and Ethical Compliance: Ensure that all pregnancy contracts and filiation processes (paternity decrees, birth certificates) comply with the laws of both the country where the process is carried out and the country of origin of the parents.
Medical Coordination: Facilitate communication between Ingenes Doctors and parents, managing embryo transfer calendars and prenatal monitoring.
Travel Logistics and Hospitality: Oversee accommodation, specialized transportation and translation services for intended parents.
Crisis Management: Resolve unforeseen medical events (premature births, complications of the pregnant woman) or legal events (delays in passports or civil registration).

Requirements and Competencies
Experience and Education
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Administration of Health Institutions, Tourism, International Relations or Law (with a focus on Bioethics).
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in international patient management, preferably in fertility clinics or high-level surrogacy agencies.
Languages: Bilingual English (C1/C2) essential. A third language (Mandarin, French or German) is highly valued due to source markets.
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
In-depth knowledge of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) processes and gamete donation protocols preferably.
Mastery of international health regulations and civil identity laws.
Management of complex budgets that include medical expenses, compensation and escrow accounts.
