JOB DESCRIPTION – MEDICAL INTERPRETER (REMOTE)

Administrative location reference: 2 blocks from Plaza San Martín

(In this location it will be the first 3 days of training, then it becomes remote)

Job Description

We are looking for English Spanish Medical Interpreters, with proven experience in interpretation, to provide medical and emergency translation and interpretation services to clients through calls and video calls.

The interpreter will be responsible for facilitating clear, accurate and empathetic communication between patients and health professionals.

Work Schedule

Working hours: Full Time – 44 hours per week

Days: 5 working days

Rest: Sundays + 1 random day during the week

Available shifts:

AM Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
PM Shift: 12:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Main Functions

Provide medical and emergency interpretation in real time.
Interpret conversations accurately, ethically and confidentially.
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
Comply with service quality and productivity indicators.
Maintain professionalism and empathy in sensitive scenarios.

Requirements

Proven experience in interpretation (essential requirement).
Fluent command of Spanish.
Fluent command of English.
Availability to work at the indicated times.
Access to an environment suitable for remote work.
