SUMMARY:
The Product Delivery Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Product Delivery Manager in all aspects of the implementation of the Zoom & Polycom Phone product in a financial institution's retail branches nationwide. The role is largely administrative and involves tracking project deliverables, including status of deliverables, manipulating spreadsheets, uploading spreadsheets, performing quality checks (data integrity checks) against data sets, and providing metrics and reports. The Product Delivery Coordinator will receive job instruction from the Financial Institutions Product Delivery Manager.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom Phone in each branch.
- Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository.
